Your image must be formatted to the dimensions of the product you selected. For example, if you purchase a 13×19 print, your image should be 13×19. Unfortunately, we do not proof images. If you send an image that is smaller than your purchased dimension, we will print your image in the smaller size on the size you order. For example, if you purchase an 11×17 print, but your image is 8.5×11, you will receive an 11×17 paper with your 8.5×11 image on it.
